Common Questions

What does it cost to list an item?
Nothing. Listing on Second Nature is always free. We only charge a 10% platform fee when your item sells. Stripe also applies their standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30).
How do I get paid?
We use Stripe Connect to send payments directly to your bank account. Once a buyer receives their order and the delivery is confirmed, your payout is processed within 2-7 business days.
What kind of gear can I sell?
Anything related to hunting and the outdoors: firearms accessories, optics, apparel, boots, tree stands, blinds, decoys, packs, knives, and more. We don't allow the sale of firearms themselves.
How does shipping work?
When your item sells, we generate a prepaid shipping label for you through Shippo. Just pack your gear securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier. Tracking is automatic.
Is my information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, the same platform used by Amazon and Shopify. Your banking information is stored by Stripe, not by us. We never see your account numbers.
Do I need a seller account?
Yes, but it only takes about 5 minutes. You'll create a free Second Nature account and connect Stripe for payouts. After that, you can list as many items as you want.
